Thank you for our wonderful Soft Heat Far Infrared sauna. We converted our hot tub spa area into a new Soft Heat Sauna spa and have seen the useage in the new sauna increase substantially. As we have visitors sign in when they use the sauna we've noted visits in a two-month timeframe in the Soft Heat Sauna have increased to approximately 145 visits from 20 visits within the same timeframe in the old hot tub, an incredible increase in useage and positive feedback from the residents.

Some of the positive comments we've received over the past few months have included:

1. The sauna is a relaxing and comfortable way to ease the pains of the day.
2. I've been sleeping better, throughout the entire night without awakening, after using the sauna in the afternoon for about 20 minutes.
3. The warmth of the sauna and the relaxing music have been delightful. I hope to use the sauna every day.
4. Residents have also commented on the pain relieving properties of the sauna, decreasing their arthritis pain, and we've also had comments on how nice their skin was looking after regular use of the sauna.

I understand the sauna has the potential to eliminate harmful toxins and boost the immune system response. Some of our seniors did comment that overall they were generally feeling much better following regular visits in the sauna. The sauna has been ideal for new residents to meet others and to socialize in a warm and healthy setting. "Dear Steve,

I wish to thank you for introducing me for the purchase of one of your Soft Heat Infrared Sauna as a Christmas Gift for my family in 2005. I am pleased to inform you the results after we have used it for more than one year.

I am a retired medical consultant, after my retirement I was found myself in pre-diabetic condition with my fasting blood sugar and HbA1c higher than the normal level, and my BMI was constantly above 25% in the over-weight zone in spite of regular exercises in gymnasium with careful watching on my diet. At the same time I sustained an injury to my right knee joint in an accident resulting to a linear crack in my right medical menicus cartilage, which was confirmed by MRI., and since then I had some persistent dull aching pain over my right knee joint, which was not relieved by medication together with physiotherapy for several months.

When my wife and I met you at the Home and Cottage Show in 2006, we were very impressed with your presentation on infra red saunas. We were not aware such a product existed as we were only familiar with wet saunas. The brochures and information which you provided us sure helped in making our decision the right one.

The Soft Heat Sauna is very pleasant and relaxing to use. We are very impressed by the elegant design and the workmanship. It is a beautiful piece of furniture and is the highlight of the basement. Dear Mr. Harriman,

It is now three months since the delivery of my Soft Heat sauna and I would like to share with you my findings.

I felt I needed about three months use of the sauna to measure for myself what it does for me. As I mentioned, I have Multiple Chemical Sensitivity and so my first consideration is that the building materials do not adversely affect me. I have no problem with the wood or the sauna as a whole, which is a pleasure. For me, I realized that I needed to exercise and drink two glasses of water before taking my sauna to encourage the best elimination of toxins through perspiration. Given the very nature of far-infrared rays, the penetration of the heat is deep enough to promote profuse sweating. To my amazement for the next couple of days I noticed a greater tolerance level of fragrances and petroleum by-products which normally bother me and pose limitations especially in the workplace. I also notice increased flexibility and a deeper state of sleep at night. These three things greatly improve my quality of life. So for me, the effectiveness of the detoxification is measurable and significant.

I think that if I had anything to add, I would say two things: a) that it is important to replenish your trace minerals when taking a sauna; and b) to hold off putting anything on your skin after your sauna or shower, as your body is still cooling down and eliminating toxins. Putting lotions or oils on afterwards would only block this process by trapping the toxins on top of your skin only to be reabsorbed.

As I continue to use my sauna it will be interesting to review any changes in another three months time.

Steve, just wanted to let you know how much we like the 3-person sauna we purchased off you a few months back. The workmanship is flawless, the relaxation I experience after a 30 minute sauna is fantastic. I don't regret buying this piece of comfort and detox for a second. It sure makes the cold gray winter more tolerable. The only problem we have had is keeping the cat and dog out of the sauna as they think their getting a sun bath when they get in. You may recall that in December we phoned you regarding your Aspen 60" 3-Person sauna. My husband was diagnosed with ALS and while the main stream medical people have no solution or treatment out daughter convinced us to try naturopathic methods. Our naturopathic doctor has had success with others diagnosed with ALS and is a strong proponent of saunas as a method of detoxing the body, the theory being that heavy metals and other toxins bring on ALS symptoms or can mimic ALS symptoms.

When you managed to get the sauna to us in record time we were able to get friends to help us put the sauna together before Christmas. We were all surprised at how easily it was to take the pieces out of the box and construct the sauna. I read the instructions aloud while the other three held the pieces and constructed the sauna. Start to finish I don't think it took us more than an hour to put the sauna together. That same day my husband took his first sauna and since then has had a nice long, sweat producing, toxin eliminating sauna every day.

Thanks again for a superior product, great service and for the chance at good health this new sauna gives us both.
